Chad White has lived in Arizona most of his life. He played baseball collegiately as a catcher and currently coaches the 8th grade baseball team at Desert Ridge Jr High.

Patrick McDonald was born and raised in Southern California. He played baseball into high school and had injuries in JUCO, where he learned strength and conditioning for athletes. Learning focus to limit injuries and progress as effectively as possible, with young players. He moved to Arizona in 2011 and continues to coach/train all sports and functional training.

Brad Edgington played at the University of Nebraska, Central Arizona and Florida Southern. He has 20 years High School coaching experience, with part of one State Championship.

Justin Lindsey was born and raised in Arizona. He pitched 4 years for Kansas State University and 1 year for Grand Canyon University. He turned down offers to pitch professionally to pursue other passions and career opportunities.
